Description
Performer® is a single-component wood floor lacquer of a new generation, in the aqueous phase, based on polyurethane resins. The first lacquer in the aqueous phase featuring the advantages of solvent-based lacquers. Performer® has been developed in accordance with the most modern technology, it has a creamy consistency that ensures optimal application. The lacquer perfectly highlights the charm of all wood floors (in living rooms, bedrooms, lounges, on stairs, etc.), giving them a warm shade, as in the case of solvent-based lacquers, but without the release of tannins. Performer® features all the advantages of lacquers in the aqueous phase as well as the durability and resistance of solvent-based lacquers.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Orders can be cancelled and returned up to 14 days after the day of delivery for a full refund. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be as new when returned to us. Once you ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers). If any products are faulty, we will make all the arrangements to have them returned at no cost to you. Please note, we cannot accept returns for any bespoke products or products made to your specific instructions. Please contact our customer service team before returning any products. When posting any items back to us, please ensure they are packaged safely as any damaged will be taken into account when refunding your payment. If pre-arranged deliveries are refused or we are unable to deliver because no one is available, any costs incurred for retuned items and re-deliveries will be your responsibility.
